Nice hotel in a lovely city

Scandic Linköping City is a nice hotel at the border of the city center and located next to the beautiful Drottning river.

Clean cosy and comfortable

Friendly helpful reception staff.
Clean comfortable rooms, dogs welcome and given some treats.
Good breakfast.
Stay regularly, my hotel of choice in Linkoping.

Needs some fresh paint…

The Hotel needs to invest in some renovations as soon as possible.
Otherwise, very friendly staff and good Location In the middle of the City.

Worst Hotel ever!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a trip, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
First, the room was extremely cold. The heating was clearly insufficient, and I had to sleep wearing my jacket just to stay warm. That alone made the stay very uncomfortable.
Second, I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checkout. No one contacted me about them. After a few days, I called the hotel myself. They confirmed they had found them and promised to send them to me via PostNord. However, when I received the package, it was empty. The package was properly sealed and glued, so I cannot blame PostNord for this.
One star is too much for rating my experience.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing, both in terms of comfort and handling of lost property. I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately heavily perfumed hotel

Nice hotel with nice location by the river and nice staff, but unfortunately they have perfumed the room corridors with an incredibly strong and heavy scent. For me who is hypersensitive to strong scents, the stay was painful. The smell penetrated the room which meant that we had to have windows open even though it was ten degrees below zero outside.
