Very good and helpful staff, smooth check-in and check-out, bright and pleasant rooms, clean and fresh and comfortable beds, very good location centrally and a good parking garage just outside. The sun terrace on the roof with bar was nice, breakfast was great, freshly baked bread was served and plenty of room for everyone.

The location is great and the pooch is welcome!
Positive things: The location is nice! (but also means negative things), comfortable beds, really good breakfast, lovely that our pooch is welcome everywhere and the yummy gift was appreciated ☺️ Nice and personally written welcome from the hotel manager in the room.
Negative things: Warm in the room (previous heat wave guess) and therefore had to sleep with the window open, which made us wake up early morning by traffic and work outside (the window looked onto a street with goods intake).
We had wanted to visit the rooftop bar that we were told about when we checked in and that would be “open until late”. However, it turned out that it was about to close, when we came up just before 10 pm. According to the bar staff, it closes at different times depending on weather and sales. This was certainly a Tuesday with still decent weather in vacation times and it was not empty when we arrived. But there the central location comes in handy, as we could find other dining.

Excellent service
When we arrived it was close to 30 degrees in the room. Asked for the key to the window so we could get cool air in. Unfortunately, it turned out to be broken. Into the bistro to eat a bite. We each ordered a charcuterie tray with a glass of red. Then I saw that my glass was smaller and also with less wine in it. When the food arrived, I pointed this out. The waiter then filled the glasses not up to the edge but almost. During dinner Alex (give him a raise) gave us two vouchers of 175 SEK + 15% on the food because of the broken window. This is top-notch service. We would love to come back.

Arrogant
The hotel as such might be worth four stars - beds and bedding, cleanliness and breakfast, design and location are all perfectly fine. BUT - a big but - their disciminating and downright shocking treatment of us as dog owners beggars belief. We travel with our dog all the time, both in Sweden and in Europe. Some hotels accept dogs, some don't, they all charge an extra fee, which is all fine. But this hotel gave us such a terrible room that we couldn't belive it. It was a scorching hot day, the sun had been baking down for hours and hours and the room they gave us faced the afternoon sun. The room was small and absolutely boiling, almost dangerously, hot. The first problem was that the window did not open, there was only a very tiny opening to be had. There was no AC. The room was at street level, a busy street, too, which was bad enough. But the shocking thing was that the largish window, which only openend about ten centimeters, had a row of rubbish bins just outside. We counted ten of them! Ten large, overful, stinking, horrible garbage cans, many of them with half open lids and buzzing flies, all of them whith the contents broiling in the midday sun since hours and hours. The stink inside that room was unacceptable. It was not fit for a dog and not for human beings. For this room they charged a full price, the same as they charged for a nice, fresh and airy room with a pretty view on one of the higher up floors. Plus extra for the dog, of course. It would have been dangerous to sleep in there, in the heat and the stink. How arrogant to give this room to a paying customer! It should not have been used as a hotel room at all, but as a broom closet.

Warning for Superior Atrium Room-Hot and Confined
We stayed in a Superior Atrium room and our experience was very negative.
The window was covered with foil, had no handles and could not be opened. There was therefore no possibility to air the room. The air conditioning did not work well enough, and the room became so warm and trapped that it could not sleep.
I brought a pillow and duvet down to the reception and asked if I could stay in the foyer or on the outdoor terrace because the room could not be used. I was told that this was not allowed and that security guards would be called if I stayed there. The only solution offered was a fan, which did not improve the situation.
Eventually, I was forced to leave the hotel around 10.00. 3am to get fresh air.
This was a very unpleasant experience. A hotel room in this price range should go to sleep and stay in. Unfortunately, this did not.
