Improvement on all flat pride in them

Friendly staff it is definitely recommended they are fully renovating all the chances they have certainly introduced improvement in all areas regarding 2222

I spent $400 usd for 2 nights thinking I would have all the amenities that was posted. Upon entering the "suite" i noticed the Air Conditioning did not work well in one of my rooms. The TV had a few basic channels, majority didn't work. The massage parlor did not exist. The wine and dine lounge did not work. The breakfast was cold. I'm never using this hotel again.
I left the hotel after one night. Very poor. I expected better especially when I paid so much money. Some kind of reimbursement would be helpful.

Not ever going back

The pool has too much chlorine and there are bugs in the pool and also the side and the steps and ground needs to get some other kind of concrete bc the one they have is very ruff and can easily lead to an injury

Bad

The staff are unfriendly. Especially Natalie and the guard at the door, who is very rude when you ask him a question. Scarce breakfast, rooms not clean, cockroaches, green bread at breakfast. Staff deal with guests' private affairs. Rooms smell musty. The management is very secretive. Totally no reaction from the board when you raise things.

Unfriendly staff and rooms dirty and not in order!!

Very and very unfriendly staff!! Rooms smell unsavory, toilet clogged, sink in kitchen clogged, many locals, breakfast was three times nothing!! No words for it. I don't recommend this to anyone. For me and my family certainly no repeat. But you can charge $110 a night. Outrageous I hope a lot of people read this.
