The flat was not as on the photos

Positive:
The location tas very nice by the sea, and the host was a nice fellow-
Negative:
It was not a corner apartment as described in the advertisement, and not a single of the pictures at booking.com was from the apartment we were allocated.
There was also no private beach as described on the website, but cliffs with lava stones which mean that it would not be possible to get up from the sea.
Glassware, cutlery and plates for four people were missing. The stove was very dirty The coffee table was bent. There was no hot water in the sink in the bathroom. At times there was no water pressure in the bathroom/toilet at all. The removable shower was completely loose and could not be attached. General lack of maintenance. Sockets on kitchen didn't work. The safe was partially broken. The host left the day after we arrived, so it was not possible to discuss it with him during the visit.

Never Again-don’t be duped.

Be advised: You must pay up front, with NO chance of getting out of your stay here. We are staying in this location from Jan30-Feb 9. My mother is disabled and can only walk short distances. When we arrived we noticed how treacherous this location would be for her. There is no parking lot, so the entrance is on a hill. When we got inside she almost had an accident in the shower as there is nothing to hold on to for her. Beyond that the place is not in good shape with faucets falling off, and musty linen to name a few things.
The owner was asked by booking.com to please adjust the dates of our stay so we could find a more suitable location for my family. He said absolutely not.
So just be aware that you are stuck with this accommodation if you pay him up front.
