Stunning river view paradise
The villa itself is simply stunning, especially with its breathtaking river view that creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The bedroom was beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind.
If you’re looking for a serene getaway with exceptional hosts who truly care about their guests, AJ Villas is a place we highly recommend. We would definitely love to return!

Excellent place to visit , Freindly staff, clean and safe place, near negambo. Located in a river bank..................
Went as a group .
Place with a nice river view ,safe environment . Boat rides are available , eventhough we didnt try. Stayed as a group with infants and kids .
