Peaceful stay with outstanding hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle Regency Hotel in Kandy.
The hotel is beautifully located in the hills just outside the busy city, offering a peaceful atmosphere, lovely views, comfortable rooms, and a nice pool to relax by after a day of sightseeing.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
As we had to leave very early the next morning (5:00 AM) to continue our journey, the hotel kindly prepared breakfast boxes for our entire family. To our surprise, they also made one for our driver without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly reflects the genuine hospitality of the staff.
We highly recommend Eagle Regency to anyone visiting Kandy who wants to stay somewhere quiet while still being close to the city's attractions.

Best place

Stayed at Eagle Regency Hotel last week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond.
A special thank you to *Diana* for her excellent service. She was warm, professional, and made our check-in seamless. She even remembered our preferences and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care is rare. Highly recommended and we'll definitely return .

Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Service by Diana

Romantic and Memorable Stay

We had one night there as a gift from a friend and it was worth more than we expected. The weather there is so cool, and the atmosphere is amazing. The food they serve is really tasty, and we had a romantic dinner arranged by the restaurant staff. The rooms are also clean and have a good view.
