We had a great stay at this place. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was excellent. The whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had a really nice experience @ME Colombo❤️

Highly recommended! The location was accessible very easily in the heart of Havelock, right next to the Havelock City Mall (in walking distance). Had a really nice atmosphere and felt really welcoming. The check-in was quite smooth. The hotel was really clean, and the rooms were well worth the money we spent. The room was quiet, but the noise sealing could be improved a bit more. Had everything we needed for the stay. I have to add, I accidentally broke a wine glass that we ordered to our room, and the staff was really supportive and took care of that without any additional payments. Hats off to Rushani, Christina, Aruna, and Navin in the reception, who gave an exceptional service and made our stay there perfect.

disappointing

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The check-in process was slow, and the room was not ready when I arrived. When I finally entered the room, I noticed dust on the furniture, stains on the bedsheets, and several amenities were missing.
