localização conveniente

Quartos muito bons e bem equipados, apesar de a limpeza (sobretudo da casa de banho) não corresponder a este padrão de qualidade. O pessoal foi simpático e esforçou-se, mas o serviço falhou com frequência, relativamente ao pequeno almoço e à troca de chávenas usadas, por exemplo. Não somos clientes exigentes, mas achamos que o serviço deve melhorar.

I am happy to receive such constructive criticism. It is always nice to know how we can improve. We have already improved on our breakfast providing more options to suit your individual need. I'm sorry that my staff didn't meet the basic requirements of a hotel. I have conveyed your message to them and will take personal notice of the improvements that need to take place.
