Good value for money.
Comfortable beds, clean and warm room ideal for sleeping, very good breakfast.
The guy at the breakfast cafeteria was very nice. Parking on the street but easy to park, next to the beach.

Close to the beach, little transparency on room conditions

Hotel in general pleasant, with nautical style furniture, lift and small but functional breakfast room. Just 20 meters from the beach, quiet, with adequate and plentiful breakfast. Negative note: the booking confirmation from the site does not provide any details; the triple room does not correspond to the pictures on the site and turned out to be very small for three beds and especially with a window overlooking a wall, without any view and with little light. I consider it unfair to assign a room with such characteristics without having clearly indicated it at the time of booking, which is why I consider it suitable only for one night.

Cheap hotel with elevator. Small but clean room. The pin to hang the showerhead was broken so had to hold showerhead in hand which is inconvenient. Breakfast is cheap (€4) but it isn't much. Either a croissant or some bread with jam and coffee. Our room was next to the elevator which gave a lot of noise at night. Because of the thin hotelroom door you also hear other guests if they are not super quiet. All in all good enough for an overstop, but I wouldn't want to stay here longer.

Great value, recommend

This is an ideal place to stay when looking for budget, but very clean and comfortable accommodation. We were travelling on the Feve train line along the Northern Spanish coastline and found Covas to have a fantastic, empty beach, more than sufficient bars, restaurants and shops in a very Spanish town which is easy walking along the coastal promenade into the slightly larger town of Viveiro. The young man who greeted us was welcoming and spoke good English. Our room was on the first floor (the Hotel does have an elevator) and was more than adequate for an overnight stay. The whole area is very unspoilt by mass tourism and gives you a very relaxing and genuine insight into a Spanish low key resort. Breakfast is basic (but for the price no complaints) and is served in the café area which is open to the public (does not serve alcohol - even in the evenings). We would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend.
