Escape from school friends in their 50s.

It is a very nice place and Juan was very friendly, it seemed that we were at home as they made us feel that way. We would recommend it again.The menu is abundant and tasty and have very tasteful prices.

A very good experience. The house is beautiful, very well decorated.
It is a little far from Villacarrillo and there is nothing else around it, which is appreciated if what you want is to disconnect.
We were struck by the cleanliness of the patios, everything is very well cared for.
The rooms are simple, all with their own bathroom or shower, television and air conditioning.
The living room and dining room invite you to feel at home. Several sofas, large screen television, a fireplace. They have reading books and board games.
We asked for dinner and they prepared a very good dinner for us, without pretentious dishes but enough to recover from a whole day visiting the mountains at a very affordable price.
The breakfast was quite varied, toast, cereals, local pastries...
Anyway, for €65 for the room and breakfast and €15 for dinner, we left very happy.

Great relaxed hotel with fantastic hosts

Stayed at Casa Rural Herrera for a month in November, Juan and Paqi are fantastic hosts, the rooms are very comfortable if a bit basic, but it was like a home from home. Food is really good as plentiful. The area around the hotel is quiet and perfect for walking or cycling. One thing not to miss is their own olive oil which is delicious.

Lovely family run Casa

The atmosphere and decor of this hotel is superb. Our room was massive and the bathroom modern clean and all in good order.
When asked where we could eat locally the lady of the house said what time do you want to eat and cooked us an evening meal. It was probably what they were having, it was all fresh and local food. Excellent.

A beautiful hotel in a very rural and peaceful location. The room we had was the suite and it was perfect. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with all your needs and the food is great. This hotel is very good value for money.
