Very Satisfied

Considering it is a two-star hotel, the experience has been very positive. The service is good and offers an excellent value for money. Additionally, it is very convenient to be able to park on the premises. The rooms perfectly meet expectations for their category. Overall, it is very good.

too much noise on the hallway under construction, i ask if we can move to deferent room but they told me that there is no available. and the hall way smell like a dead rats.

The room looked really good and the bed was very comfy. It was clean, and had fridge, cooking things etc. We really liked it. And we had a great meal in the bar on the corner of thw street, which served food till late.

The cleaning wasn't notable, when we arrived the toilet bag wasn't working and we had to wait until it was fixed.

We do not recommend this site.

We deeply regret the lack of empathy shown by Hotel Celta for the emergency situation we are experiencing in Ourense for the fires. We asked in good time for a forcible annulment because of this catastrophe that directly affects us, but it was denied without any understanding or sensitivity.
In such harsh times, where the heart should outweigh Enterprise policies, we expected at least a small human gesture. But we only received a cold refusal, regardless of the dramatic context we are going through.
Fire hurts, yes and so much... but indifference hurts more.
Hopefully they will never find themselves in such a situation, and if it is their turn, they will find more humanity than we receive here.
