Disappointment at not being able to access the accommodation
Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was unable to access my room due to the inability to locate the responsible boss or staff. This forced me to look for accommodation in another hotel. I find it unacceptable that access to the rooms cannot be guaranteed to booked guests.
We were waiting at the door for an hour and a half. However, I would like to emphasize the kindness and interest of one of the cleaning people, who made an effort to contact his boss to try to resolve the problem. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism and hope that your good work will be recognized.
I hope you will take steps to improve your Service and prevent other customers from going through the same situation.

Excellent location
Street parking is at a premium, so we paid the extra €12 per day for secure private parking.
The pictures are an accurate description of the property, with one bathroom (with shower) supplying the two upstairs bedrooms and the second bathroom for use by the lower floor room. The second bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, but no curtain or shower screen
Just a couple of niggles: there is free wifi, but we had to ask for the password, it would be useful for travellers, as there is no “meet and greet”, to have the password and maybe information on, and directions to, nearby eateries, left on a table in the apartment. We arrived on a Monday, when a lot of restaurants are closed for evening meals. Thank you Google for your assistence

Perfect living!
Very nice with a lot of space.
We can really recommend! You can be here 4 person and it is close to everuthing. It is in the old town. So it is not easy with parking place.
