Great hotel and even better personal service

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Los Abetos. It is a very beautiful accommodation, located in a privileged environment, perfect for enjoying the Torla area and the National Park.
We want to especially highlight the kindness of all the staff, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. In particular, Vicente has been exceptional: thanks to his recommendations and advice, we were able to get to know the area much better and make the most of our visit.
The excellent cleanliness of the facilities also deserves a mention; they were always spotless, and the breakfast was very complete and of great quality, ideal for starting the day with energy.
Without a doubt, a completely recommendable place that we hope to return to.

Delightful and welcoming

This jewel, in beautiful Torla, deserves a super review!
Very kind Welcoming , nice room , large, with nice mountain views , with bathroom with window ... perhaps the only flaw lies in the absence of air conditioning , but the temperatures in Torla were acceptable . Great breakfast, genuine, with fresh and fragrant regional products. The added value of this hotel? The exquisite kindness of the owners... 5 stars!

Quiet and pleasant hotel but we will not repeat

We stayed a week ago at the hotel 6 nights, and the hotel has its good stuff, but also quite a few regular things, which I will comment on. First of all, highlight the location of Torla, the best village for those who want to make routes through the Ordesa and Monte Perdido national park. The hotel in particular is a bit far from the village and the bus stop, 15 min or so walk away, although around the park you can ask the bus driver to drop you off at the hotel. Secondly highlight the cleanliness, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Thirdly the comfort of the beds and pillows (you can choose between two). Thirdly the very complete breakfast, there is practically everything, to give you an example, there are vegetable milks (soy and oats), oats, cereals, lactose-free milk, gluten-free products, nuts, etc... However, there is no wholemeal bread, or at least the last days of our stay we did not see it and when asking we were told they did not have. Also, I was called to attention for making my daughter a snack to have in the middle of the morning, something that in other hotels have the detail of not saying anything, but we saw that they were on an overly thrifty plan, really. Other things we didn’t like is that there wasn’t a mini fridge or a common fridge for guests in the room to have cold or cold water for excursions, and more so at this time of year it’s hot, we found it a failure on the part of the hotel when you get scolded for taking out a small snack. In addition, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan, so, if you are unlucky enough to go in full heatwave, as was our case, it is quite hot in the rooms. Another thing we were upset about is that we ordered an iron, to iron a shirt at one point and we were left with none. I think these details are important when it comes to keeping the client happy and wanting to come back, really, because in our opinion, although we were good, we will not repeat in the hotel. The hotel staff, a bit dry and cold in general. There is no Cafeteria, no Dinner Service, which is another negative point, because you have to go to the village if or if for dinner and after a long route because you feel like staying in your room, have a drink or ice cream on the terrace or go down to dinner at the hotel something hot. You have to leave the key to the room at reception when you leave. The rooms have no shower, but bathtub, and the tap operation is somewhat complex. There is gel but no shampoo in the bathtub, tb dryer, although it is small. There are few plugs in the room to charge devices.
All that said, the experience has been good, but the truth leaves much to be desired.

Exceptional

I booked 2 nights of hotel and during the outbound trip I communicated a family member that my mother was just admitted and that she was very unwell as it was already late and we were already very close to the hotel decided to spend the first night and leave early the next day to be able to return home as soon as possible. We informed them that despite having 2 nights contracted we would only be one and immediately cancelled the other night without any cost and giving us all kinds of facilities . We are very grateful for your concern at all times. We will try to come back as soon as possible to thank you again. Highly recommended hotel in all aspects. Thank you again
