The breakfast was fantastic!! And the location is great. The room was deceptive. Initial impression was that it was modern and clean, but upon deeper inspection it was flawed. It only had one power outlet for the whole room. In this day of cell phones, pads and laptops that is not near enough. The shower curtain was dirty on the bottom and one of the lights wasn't working. Also, if your over 5'7" tall you'll have to duck to use the mirror.

The hotel is very clean, but there are several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. After 2:00 pm there is no receptionist, so if problems arise, there’s no one to assist. The biggest issue is the noise you can hear everything: doors slamming, TVs on, people laughing, talking, showering, even toilets flushing. Guests arrived past midnight making a lot of noise, and then again early in the morning, so resting was nearly impossible.
The bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on concrete. The location is also quite far from town, and to get there you’ll need to be ready for steep hills, narrow cobblestone streets, and rocky paths. After walking around, you just want to relax, but resting in the room was not an option.
Overall, you get what you pay for…

Good not great

Very clean. Breakfast very basic no choice and we did not understand what is eco or bio. No reception after 14 but definitely bella.Titolari nice location. If it's enough it's ok

Exceptional

We loved it, Juan's treatment has been exceptional, caring all the time about us and the families who came with us. Fully recommended, it is like being at home.
Thank you Rafael for your management and looking for accommodation for 33 people and that everything has been wonderful. We already have our house in Toledo
