Disapointing, location is the main feature

Location is fantastic, just off the main square. However, we should have realized that this would also mean more noise. With the bar across the street staying open until around 2 a.m., sleeping can be difficult—even outside the busy season.
The property is quite pricey, which sets expectations for a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, the shower has mold and appears not to have been properly maintained for some time.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions and getting our money

We ordered room for 2 days for 265 EUR,The staff were very kind but took my money and put me and my wife in first floor room 104 that looks ok and clean we put our stuff and went to tour the city but when we came to rest we found out that the air-condition didn't work and the room was hot like a sauna , since the evening has come we open the window for fresh air but the noise from the bar restaurant down the room was so loud , we went out to eat came back at night to the room to sleep,but our sleep interrupted every time that guest came in the hotel from the slumming door of the entrance to hotel that was so loud, and the drunk people down stairs in the pub.the second dey we those problems again i sent a message to the owner and he was helpful and moved us to another room in the second floor that was better, thank you owenr but our time in Toledo were ruined . The problem is that future customers will suffer the same problems.

Location, location, location

Very nice room with a small balcony. Accessible by elevator. Great sized bathroom with the usual amenities. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere except to and from bus and train station because we had luggage, so much choice for food and drink and a small supermarket about 2 doors away on the right as you exit Hotel. A little hard to find as taxi drops you outside of the plaza so be sure to get exact details on how to locate them. The only negative is no kettle or coffee tea amenities as mini bar only means refrigerator and 2 water.
As a constant traveler this was a disappointed as its nice to be able to make a coffee first thing in the morning. Most establishments do not open till 10am. A kettle was provided on request but of course then found ourselves with no cups till we were able to buy takeaway coffees . Otherwise great value.
