Excellent foe young families
Pros
- rooms are very clean and modern
- so well planned for toddlers (you can request potty, baby bath etc)
- food was really good, enjoyed the theme nights (especially Spanish night!)
- entertainment team work so hard, we particularly loved the drumming, pirate show and my toddler loved daisy
- baby club is great (and it’s brill an adult can stay with a toddler who just wants to play)
- great pool area with slides for little ones
- nice area close to shops and restaurants
- reception stay are very friendly and helpful
- really enjoyed the spa treatments (very reasonably priced)
- love all the plants and flowers across the site- beautiful
Cons (not many!)
- dinner starts quite late for children (6.30) a 6pm start (or even earlier!) would suit many families better
- playground isn’t sheltered- could a cover like the one over the toddler pool be added to give more shade in the day?
- evening entertainment also starts quite late for a family hotel- if the mini disco started at 7pm more younger families could enjoy the evening
- we were half board and did feel the service in the restaurant could improve. Staff weren’t overly friendly, we often weren’t asked if we wanted to purchase drinks with our meal. At other hotels waiting staff had got to know us a bit and made a fuss of our child but it didn’t have that same level of service
These are me being picky- we had a great week and hope to return

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a comprehensive and thoughtful review following your recent family holiday with us!
We are absolutely thrilled to know that you had such a great week and that our resort proved to be a wonderful fit for your toddler. It is fantastic to read your appreciation for our modern, clean rooms, the baby equipment available on request, the themed dinners (especially Spanish night!), the Babyclub, the pool slides, our gardens, the spa treatments, and the warm welcome from our reception and entertainment teams—Daisy will be so happy to know your little one loved meeting her!
We also deeply appreciate your constructive suggestions. Your feedback regarding earlier dinner and mini-disco schedules, shading for the playground area, and the warmth and beverage attention from our restaurant team during Half Board service is truly invaluable. We have shared these points directly with our Food & Beverage and Animation management as we continuously look for ways to fine-tune our family experience.
Thank you again for choosing us, and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another memorable holiday soon!

Good if you have a very young family
There is just one restaurant and main bar so that felt a bit limited having been at other all inclusives with way more choice. The food for the most part was nice though meat selection felt limited some days and not all foods were labelled as to what they were, leading to choosing items that were not to ones taste at times. I would also be concerned for people with certain food allergies if many items are not labelled, but this is easily rectified. The cutlery was odd also with very skinny forks and knives making eating a bit difficult though am guessing this was purposefully done. There was no indication what type of food was served each evening so it was hard to plan if u wished to go eat out if food was not to your liking. There were times the restaurant was very busy and it felt quite chaotic so choose quieter times very early or later after 8. The main issue really was there are alot of really young families here with babies & toddlers so restaurant was often very noisy with crying irritable children. This was the main issue for us as really our children were too old for this hotel at 11 & 13 they fall into the awkward age of not adults but too old for their club that was aged 9-14 as the hotel missed the mark for engaging this age group. The entertainment room and bar was Im sure great for people with kids under 7 but looked like the last place you would choose to go daily for entertainment as it was hectic every evening and again aimed at very young children. We saw examples of the entertainment and really it was not great. We felt the only thing for our kids to do was play pool, this being at the back of the bar and €2 a game, unfair if that was all that realistically entertained this age group. We were not alone in thinking this.
The animations team worked very hard with entertainment at the pool and while some was quite cheesy some was really good fun. The pool areas are lovely but main pool is cold at 24c and unpleasant to get into even in the evening. The smaller pools were 26c so slightly better but I felt the water didnt look clean in the smaller pool.
Overall we felt the property was very well kept with constant maintainance of landscaping and public areas. It was overall very clean and the very pleasant staff work very hard to keep it so.
Our suite room was spacious for a family of 4 with nice shower, proper a/c comfortable beds and balcony area.
If you have a young family under the age of 8 then I would recommend this hotel as your children will be well entertained and you wont really mind the noise of other peoples crying kids so much, but I wouldn't choose it if you have older kids as having been at other all inclusive hotels they cater better for older kids and really there is a need for balance to keep everyone happy. We did go on trips to the Aqua park €6 taxi ride away. Rancho texas zoo & water park, rented a car to explore island and manrique museums, snorkled at Jablillo beach and tried as many activities off site to entertain our kids with additional costs, so factoring these things in is important. This holiday for 2 weeks half board with flights was €7,200 so although there were many positives about the hotel it needed more for our age demagraphic

Great hotel, but would avoid spa
Our room was good, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and there was always plenty of space around the pool. We also thought the food and drinks were good throughout our stay.
The location is excellent. It’s only a short walk to the beach and into the main square in Costa Teguise, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment.
A particular mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were brilliant with the kids and really added to their holiday.
The one significant negative was the spa. We booked an expensive treatment towards the end of our stay and unfortunately the quality was poor. We raised our concerns with the hotel and were advised that the spa is operated by a separate company and that we would need to take the matter up with them directly. We did this, but found their customer service and response to our concerns very disappointing.
Although the spa is separately operated, it is a service offered to hotel guests and formed part of our overall experience, so it feels important to mention it here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the spa.
Aside from this, we had a very good experience at the hotel and would happily recommend it.

Lovely stay with great animation team!
Location - fantastic, close to beach, bars, restaurant & water park.
Rooms - this is what lets it down in my opinion, the beds were 2 singles put together on wheels and were uncomfortable. The air con was noisy. Sheets are not changed and cleaning minimal.
Amenities - nice buffet restaurant and can order food fresh from the snack bar. Good range of drinks, would be nice if did a rose cava as well as white. Pools were ok, various depths but due to size no floaties are allowed. 2 main slides available. Staff are mostly pleasant and work hard.
Entertainment- the animation team work hard and my daughter really like Diago. Just a shame some of the activities are repeated, this is an area that could improve in my opinion for those staying more than a week.
Overall we had a lovely stay but not sure would return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review following your recent 9-day summer holiday with us.
We are pleased to hear that overall you had a pleasant stay, enjoying our prime location close to the beach and local amenities, our buffet selection, the fresh snack bar offerings, and our pools. A special thank you for highlighting our animation team—Diago and the rest of the crew will be thrilled to know your daughter enjoyed their activities so much!
However, we are very sorry to learn about the inconveniences you experienced in your room. Please rest assured that we are thoroughly reviewing all the negative points you encountered during your stay regarding bed setup, air conditioning noise, and linen change frequency directly with our Housekeeping and Maintenance heads to prevent recurrence. For any future visit, please also note that you can request a 200x200 cm king-size bed upon booking to ensure maximum sleeping comfort.
We have also noted your constructive feedback concerning beverage variety (such as adding rosé cava) and the entertainment schedule. While our weekly programme features several signature activities that are highly requested and repeated due to popular guest demand, our Animation Manager is always evaluating ways to introduce more variety for guests staying longer than seven days.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future to provide an enhanced experience.
