nice place close to the nature with budget value

Albert de Talarn!!! A great Alberg/Hostel that you could enjoy close to the Nature.
You have close many trekking places, canyoning, ...
The place: An old convent, its all almost new and super clean. The staff *Pedro*, is awesome. He is helpful, nice, ...
You have kitchen to cook, fridge, microwave if you are not going for their breakfast. They have a nice terrace and BBQ could be use it.
Wifi is around all the place but really? you are close to the nature. Living room for stay, dinning room x2.
Bed are bunked and no so bad. The price? quite good.

Flea bag hotel, absurdly overpriced and deceptive. (Both Booking.com and Alberg de Talarn

I paid 67 euros through booking.com (non-refundable, cash only at the desk, no receipt) for a ratty room (which was priced 12 euros less than a 4-star hotel in the same town).... This was for a cheap single cot (not really a mattress) and two bunks in a tiny dorm room with no air conditioning (it was 30 C at 8 at night!) and a dirty toilet and shower down the hall...including a "4 euro breakfast". The “Free Parking” advertised was a municipal parking lot several blocks away.
The booking was promoted as the “last room” on Booking.com. It was illustrated with a image of nice clean single room. The premises were not even closed to being “fully booked”.
As soon as I saw the room, I asked for my cash back so I could leave. She wouldn't pay it. I even said she could keep the booking.com commission. I just had to get out of there. It didn't feel safe. I called the police. They eventually came, but due to the language difficulty, they couldn't do anything and left looking confused. After haggling with her for an hour or so, she finally gave me 31 euros back.
I left and found a hotel down the road for 40 euros a night (27 euros less, a few euros more that I paid just to leave this flea bag dump!) It had air conditioning and a private bathroom. Booking.com misrepresented the place with images that didn't match. Keep away- from this venue as well as booking.com! The 30-40-euro hotel that I ended staying up at was also misrepresented on booking.com…. for sale at 87 euros.

Nice place to stay near Congost de Mont-Rebei

A group of 10 friends stayed in the Hostel during August 2016. The staff was really nice and helpful and the place was budget friendly and clean. However, the beds where very stiff and it can get very hot during summer in the shared bedroom. But, overall it was a good experience.

Albergue y bar restaurant

Alí se ha hecho cargo del negocio. Un gran cocinero y buena gente. Ha empezado a gestionar tambien un bar-restaurante en el edificio. No te lo puedes perder, aun si no haces uso de las camas. Entorno unico!

Un lieu super !

L'auberge se trouve dans un petit village paisible et au cœur de superbes paysages. La région est de plus riche en activités à faire dans la nature. Pol est sans doute le meilleur hôte que l'on puisse trouver ! Le confort de l'auberge est simple et j'y ai passé des moments parfaits.
