Good hotel

Good hotel, we were in a suite and everything fine. As a matter of fact, in order to enjoy the pool, it would be advisable to cover it, since the climate of the north, does not usually invite the bath. The situation is good, 5 minutes from the beach.

Big disappointment

I can highlight from this hotel the size of the room, the bed, the bathroom and the views. Free parking is a plus....but it has a space problem.... There will be 70-80 parking spaces for 2 hotels....a purpose because there is no parking in the area.
How negative: Cleanliness, little or no in the rooms. During our stay we spent more than 10 days without changing the sheets.... the pq towels give you choice of sustainability and environment and leave it at your discretion. They limit themselves to making beds.....by the way poorly made, the downstairs unstretched......and nothing else......do not pass the brush, nor mop.....and the hygiene of the bathrooms more of the same....replace toilet paper and already.....
There is no room maintenance.... cold door that fell....and finally fell.
I don't know what the category of a 4**** depends on if it's the size of the room and services they offer... For me this hotel does not deserve such a category.....the cost and quality of the room is not worth it. We pay per night 160€

Correct but not well insulated

The room is ok, but unfortunately you can hear the neighbor snoring, the neighbor waking up... In addition between the floors there is a staircase in circles and open, which makes soundbox, I let you imagine what it feels like with an army of pensioners (French) bawling in, you could hear everything from my room.
The staff is attentive and the receptionist even spoke to me in French!
Another black spot: breakfast. Scrambled eggs and bacon are good, but for the rest... Bread from the day before, no cut fruit... In short very disappointing and absolutely not consistent with the photos on TripAdvisor.

Unfortunate, dirty and noisy

Rooms and dirty sheets, bathrooms with hair. On arrival they had to come and clean.
We don't catch an eye for noise.
Unfortunate treatment
We left two nights ahead of schedule because it's impossible to rest there, and they won't return the money.

Hotel without soul or charm

Old hotel obsolete, and with stale staff without friendliness they didn't explain anything, you don't feel at home, they don't take care of the details, soulless hotel, they make you not feel like coming back.
A shame because the building and location has potential but they have to change the concept totally.
