Quirky and charming hotel

I really liked this quirky hotel. Big room, beautifully tiled floors with a mixture of modern and old. Two balconies and a big bathroom. Limited but fresh and adequate breakfast. Morningstaff helful and accomodating. I visited during the Es Firo fiesta so difficult to sleep with all the people, fire crackers and music given the very central location of the hotel. I would stay here again but perhaps ask for a quiter room

We attended a wedding in Soller and stayed here for 4 nights. Quirky little hotel in a perfect location, very quiet considering it is in the centre of Soller. The continental breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice for a small hotel. The reception staff were friendly and recommended a fabulous restaurant 5 mins walk away which was away from the touristy ones in the square.
They also booked us a taxi for the airport 👍

City hotel

Good city hotel with minor drawbacks. We had booked a Junior Suite, I thought it would be on the 3rd floor with a great view. Instead, we received the Junior Suite (121) on the 2nd floor with little view of the mountains; most of the view was of the backyard of the bakery next door.
The bathroom was okay, but the shower was totally calcified. Breakfast was in the entrance area, and it was very dark there.
The quality of the breakfast was good.
There were no egg dishes available. The night cost an average of €130.
Not recommended, and definitely never again for us.
Unfortunately, it was overall a disappointing experience.

The location is superb and offers great value for the area. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful when we requested a room change. Our second room was lovely, which shows the hotel definitely has 4-star potential.
Unfortunately, our first night was spent in the infamous Room 101 (basement level), which ruined the overall experience. The air conditioning was broken, extremely noisy, and could not be switched off. Furthermore, the "double bed" was actually two twins pushed together that kept sliding apart, causing me to fall into the gap throughout the night.
We initially wanted to give this hotel a 4/5 because the service and the second room were so good. However, after checking Google reviews post-stay, we realized that the exact issues with Room 101 (the AC, bed & cleanliness) have been reported by guests for months.
It is disappointing that the management continues to rent out this specific room despite knowing its condition. While the staff are doing their best, they needs to either renovate Room 101 or stop booking it until it is fixed. We are leaving a 2-star review to raise awareness for users; if you stay here, the hotel is great—just make sure you aren't placed in the basement!
