The room was perfect for a family of 4. Enough cooking facility to keep everyone happy. We will definitely visit again.

SAND in the bed
I arrived at 11:00 p.m. and found the bed covered with sand and the bathroom without any soap.
The following day, the bed had been cleaned, but I had to request soap because it had not been replenished.
There was also dirt under the bed throughout my stay, which was never cleaned.
In addition, the apartment showed several minor signs of wear and tear that were never addressed.
Overall, the level of cleanliness and maintenance did not meet my expectations.

Our impression of the stay, unfortunately, remained negative.
The only undeniable plus of these apartments is their proximity to the sea. Unfortunately, that's where the advantages end.
The reception is quite far from the apartments. It is unclear what is the point of a shuttle that brings guests to the building if after that you have to drag heavy suitcases to the reception to check in and then back again.
The key cards stopped working almost every other day. Every time we got the same response: “Please come to the reception.” Instead of solving the problem, guests are forced to go back and forth.
When we checked in, we were left with only one roll of toilet paper for four people. Cleaning, changing towels, and replenishing necessary items only happen after repeated reminders. The quality of the cleaning itself also leaves much to be desired.
The apartments have very poor soundproofing and ventilation. If the neighbors are cooking food, especially fish, the smell is as if it is happening in your kitchen. Also, water was dripping from the ceiling periodically.
The bed linen did not look fresh and the towels were stained. The apartments themselves look neglected and need renovation and proper care. There is a strong dampness and unpleasant smell on the ground floor.
I would like to separately mention the eviction process. When checking in, guests are charged a deposit, but when checking out, no one comes with you to check the condition of the apartments.

The location is nice, right next to the beach and great restaurants. We stayed for one week. The trash is located on the corner of the next block and there is no parking. We received two parking tickets before realizing there is free parking next to the trash bins. They don’t replace towels, toilet paper or sheets and there is no washing machine on site. Reception in at a different apartment building and the pool was too dirty to use with leaves.

Improvements to several things
We have been coming to these apartments for 12 years in a row and there are several things that need to be improved.
1) the hammocks are very old and there are very few for all the apartments out there.
2) the lawn is always very high and I never see cutting it, it could be better maintained.
3) the bikes are very old they could renew them.
4) They don't change your sheets even if you stay 7 nights.
They are apartments that are very expensive and could improve all these things.
