A pleasure of experience

The staff was excellent, very attentive and professional. Newly renovated and updated hotel, tastefully made and very nice, homemade and local food is delicious.

Very unprofessional and the food very fair

We were two couples, when we sat at the table there were not too many people, we ordered the special menu, except for one person who ordered a la carte. Time passed and they didn't bring us food, even diners from other tables who had entered much later than us were already eating, when we had been waiting for a long time we asked if they would be long (I'm convinced they had forgotten about us). After a while after asking, they brought us the first ones, two of us had ordered beans, they were warm, bordering on cold and very scarce. For the main course, one ordered steak, which was not bad, but the rest of the dishes were very average. In general we did not eat well.
But the worst thing about this was not the food, but the lack of professionalism and treatment, because anyone can have a lack of coordination, but when we complained and the owner or manager came, she told us that there were a lot of people and that was why it had taken so long. . When I told him that those at the next table who had come much later were with the desserts, and we were with the first ones, he justified it by saying that they had only ordered one dish. We were astonished, if there are many people it will be for everyone, but for those who order a dish, it seems not.
In other words, there was no apology, just a meaningless justification.
Not only did they not have a single detail (coffee, shot), but they even charged us for the piece of bread from the person who had not eaten the menu (€0.80). The one who charged us was the aforementioned owner or manager. Very unprofessional

Sigüenza is not only history, but also gastronomy.

We had to find a place to eat with a large group and they treated us wonderfully.
We agreed on menus that more than adapted to what was agreed.
We will go some other time because the food and service were great.

Good food

Good attention and service from the property and the employees in the restaurant. The typical food of the area (mainly goat) is well cooked and generous portions. Adjusted price, can be repeated.

We were eating without having made a prior reservation and it has a lot of variety on the menu, as well as a special and daily menu at affordable prices and with quite generous portions and the service was very friendly
