The property itself was well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities in good condition. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient parking. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

Hotel with good land connection
It is a listed hotel with four stars, what I value the most is the easy accessibility with the means of transport, good rest in its simple and soundproof rooms but in terms of services is very limited, poor menu in meals and packed parking that made me leave my car in a field without close supervision.

Saint alarm indenso at 4.40 am
Jump Alarm fire at 4.4am. Everyone out of the hotel at 1 degree until 6.00am. Nobody receives, they do not answer mobile phone that indicate for emergencies. Horrible!! Urban guard, civil guard and firefighters here and no one from the hotel!!!
Luckily nothing happened, but if it had been more serious??? We're not coming back anymore.

BAD EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMEND IT
Regular hotel, not to say bad. Quirky rooms, poorly maintained like the rest of the hotel in general. It looks good on the outside, but inside it leaves to be desired. We repeated weekend a few days ago in Granada and certainly in this hotel we were not going to repeat bad experience. The worst cleaning the bathrooms with hair and dust in the corners. My partner didn't even want to shower there... Unfriendly reception staff in general. To say something positive, the cleaning lady greeted us very kindly in the morning and indicated where the dining room was. Frankly bad experience and would not recommend it.

Hotel bs capitulations "of sorrow "
I stayed from October 13 to 18 in a circuit with Spain vision.On arrival there was no air conditioning , hairs in the bathtub, the ceiling of the bathroom chipped. Mattresses clipped the springs in the kidneys. 90% of the classmates, not to say 100%, complained as well. For example there were those who when they got into bed discovered a blood stain and took two days to change them.Away from the center of Granada about 10Km and the door of the hotel 10 meters from a motorway.If you want to visit the small town of Santa Fe you have to go by the block of the motorway to the walkway to cross 500 meters. Unthinkable the tour for the disabled. The taxi only goes to Granada 30Euros. The buffet is a pity. You don't know if you're in a hotel or a barracks. Food is not replenished if it runs out. To have come earlier. The rooms are the minimum expression of a 3-Star. The appearance of the facilities resembles that of an old hotel. The staff show no request or kindness.
