Overall very good Hotel
Well overall a good staying
The Hotel still needs a bit of improvement but nether less it was peaceful and staff very keen on helping.
The receptionist Katerina was very helpful always with a good smile .
I have been in this hotel few times in the last 6 or 7 years and again I repeat there is still room for improvement.
It is definitely worth a visit

Did the job, bathroom needs fixing
The hotel was decent for the value. Rooms were simple, but bedding was clean and nice. AC worked well. The bathrooms however are in need of TLC. A lot of grout with mould and black stains and looks old and tired. The housekeeping made a lot of noise in the morning and completely blocked the hallways of the hotel room. Their noise would wake us up early in the morning, which wasn't nice. The breakfast was very nice and had everything. The breakfast salon and other other downstairs area were very modern and tastefully decorated. The location is quite far from the city centre, around 20 mins drive. No public transport options from what we could tell.

Not the best.
I was here on a trip with my school for 5 days.
The rooms were clean, although the fan in the bathroom was not working, which was essential since there are no windows in the bathroom (we also reported it to the reception, but nothing changed).
Moreover, more than once our key stopped working, so we had to go to the reception to ask for another one to be able to enter the room.
As for the food, the first evening was really terrible, while the other evenings were acceptable.
The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good.

Total disaster
The hotel facing the gallery is fine, the entrance is nice, and the rooms are clean.
But the breakfast and dinner, which we endured, were lamentable; not even in a boarding school do they eat so poorly.
For dinner, they serve wine and water, but by the second day, there was no wine; you ask for it, and they have to ask 50,000 people if they can bring the wine; once they bring it, they don't know how to open the bottle... surreal.
In the middle of dinner, the melon... watermelon... runs out, and when you ask for more, they tell you it's finished.
The dessert is either melon or watermelon, and the fruit was more wrinkled than my grandmother. And a kind of mousse... gelatin that is scary to try.
The food is very scarce and bad, and they only serve you a tray of chicken that I don't know where it came from because it was tough, and a tray of fish was just as bad.
Salad, pasta, and rice, nothing more.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired... really, halfway through eating, the coffee runs out.
We were a group of 19 women, and we all share the same opinion.
Do not go.

lamentamos mucho sus comentarios ya que consideramos que somos un Hotel muy comprometido y nos esforzamos para que todos y cada uno de nuestros clientes se encuentren en un ambiente cálido y familiar.
Respecto a los comentarios de la comida, trabajamos con proveedores de nombre a nivel nacional y de los cuales, actualmente, disponemos de muy buenos comentarios al respecto.
Nos gustaría saber mas y seguir creciendo y mejorando cada día,
