We love it!
My son and I have been going to Tent Playa de Palma for 3 years now and we love it. The staff are so friendly the hotel is clean the reception area invites you to sit and relax with a drink or to play Poole or ping pong - the two swimming pools are amazing - brunch until 1.30pm allows you to graze and sleep in and eat as much as you want hot and cold on offer.
The self catering area is also handy with micro wave ( Lidl close by) and also the washing machine is 4 euro and super handy. The hotel is a short walk from the beach. We love it!

A very clean and tidy place. A very cosy lobby, with friendly staff who are always smiling. Good location, transport links, restaurants and the beach. We’ll be back many more times.

Toilet wasn't bolted down so rocked when getting up or down. Couldn't cool the room below 23.5 an sometimes it was up to 25. Only complaints, all common areas well maintained and clean. Room was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful!

Clean rooms, a nice range of tasty foods for the all you can eat brunch and very chilled vibe around the pool. Staff were always helpful and happily let us use the courtesy room to shower and get ready so we could enjoy our last day around the pool after checking out of our rooms as we had a late night flight. Great sea view with some amazing restaurants nearby and the beach a stones throw away. Highly recommend for couples in their early twenties looking for a chilled intimate place to holiday.

Could've been a better experience
Hotel was very nice, clean, staff were excellent, food was incredible, location was great and a very relaxing environment feel at the hotel when we arrived with lovely lounge areas and indoor swings... However we only booked and stayed here 1 night as I needed to extend my stay to see the eclipse, the air con wasn't working properly at first and only worked intermittently and then it stopped working all together, I came down to speak to one of the staff at 2am and was told there is an issue and an engineer will be out at 7am, I had to have the balcony doors open as it was boiling and no fans in the room, there were people near the hotel doorway entrance at 3am to 4am chatting very loudly without a care in the world, possibly drunk, on top of that there was a terrible smell of garbage bins coming from outside into the room, I also received a phone call at 5am when I was just about to sleep and they put the phone down, all of a sudden I heard the air con come on. Great hotel but just not a good overall relaxing experience if the truth be told.
Maybe without the air con issue and noise/disturbance the hotel would get a very good rating at least.
