It was great to have a pool being so close to the city and the pool bar staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was decent but the mini fridge didn't work and although I asked reception twice to fix the issue, nothing was done. I would rate the room itself to be 3 star.

Great hotel with a sense of luxury

Staying here was the highpoint of our vacation in Spain. Great location, just 500 m from the Mediterranean, an amazing spa, really good breakfast, and our room with a terrass facing the pool area had a great view. The staff was really friendly. We were there to see the solar eclipse, and David in the reception was super helpful giving advice on where to get the best view and how to avoid getting stuck in traffic. Next time on Mallorca, we will stay here longer!

Spot on...

Weekend away with old friends to celebrate some big birthdays!
The hotel was perfect for us. Excellent rooms, brilliant pool, lovely bar, good breakfast and in a spot on location.
Enjoyed the hotel that much that my wife has decided to go there next year with friends!!

Superb

I don’t do reviews generally, because I normally get what I expect. On this occasion however, I have to praise the hotel and especially the staff, who have been second to none, so it far exceeded my expectations of my stay here. Clean, tidy, superb breakfast, and just a lovely place to stay. My wife merely mentioned in conversation with one of the staff that it was her brothers 60th. In their room later that day was a bottle of fizz. If you treat staff as you would treat your friends, your stay will be so much nicer! Big respect and Viva Espana. PS - Glad they beat the Argentines

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely made me feel welcome.
The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the local area while still providing a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and great value for money. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable!
