I lika the room but hotel nets was loudly with a lot of young people. We had a room with two windows and a big terass.

The hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, the condition was poor, and it felt old and neglected. There were problems with the overall hygiene, and the hotel did not match the expectations from the description.
The service was not good, and the experience was stressful rather than relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. Before booking, I suggest checking recent reviews carefully because the reality was much worse than expected.

The rooms smelt like mold, and it’s basically a hostal for people that want to party all night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from different rooms in all directions. I made a noise complaint and the hotel staff didn’t do anything about it. I stayed for two nights to ask either if I could change rooms or get a refund for the 2nd night and the reception did nothing about. This has been the absolute worst place I’ve stayed at. There’s cheaper and much nicer hostels in Mallorca.
