Rented only because of included parking. Upon arrival parking was full and unavailable. I dont like when properties make claims on which you depend and then dont deliver.

An excellent hotel

I would write this(
My friend and I stayed at this Hotel Iris in Palma, Arenal area, from 19/6/2025 to 19/ 5/2025.
We had a great time!
Clean and airy room, rooms always kept perfectly, much attention from the staff members (thanks again Antonio for your kindness and availability).
The breakfast, exceptional , rich and varied, presented by a friendly and polite cook,
The hotel, located very close to the sea, has a swimming pool that can be used until 7 pm. What about again? A pleasant holiday to be repeated as soon as possible!( only drawback: some young foreigners who tend to return in the small hours disturbing the sleepers. But you know, perfection does not exist but the 'Hotel Iris c came very close! Thank you)

The rooms are clean and well equipped. Staffs are nice and friendly. Location is good! The beach is just a few steps away and not as noisy as the seaside road.
What we love most is breakfast! Really enjoy our two days here.
