What a gem of a hotel.
What a dream hotel. Very central but quiet as down a little alley. Very quirky and just loved the Art Work. Spotless. Staff so polite especially Mauricio who went the extra mile. Bed super comfortable great shower. Lovely breakfast. Special attention to detail a lovely hand written welcome note with a full size bottle of cava in our room on arrival. Couldn't find fault. Will definitely revisit.

Noisy room - unable to sleep.
Just returned from a two night stay in Palma which unfortunately felt a little longer due to a severe lack of sleep. We stayed in a Petit Double (Room 624) which is small but had everything we needed for a short break.
However, the constant noise in the room, which I assume as above a plant room at the hotel is unacceptable. There is some kind of machine that makes a constant loud buzzing & vibrating noise all day and night. When we complained just after 5am after getting no sleep at all, we were told it was the connected restaurant and nothing they can do. We weren't offered a change of room as I believe the hotel was fully booked. We spent the next few hours with earplugs or earphones in listening to a "sleep" playlist to try and drown out the noise. It never worked!
The following morning hotel staff said it wasn't the restaurant, but a machine they are obviously aware of and nothing they can do.
How can you sell a room that you know people will have difficulty sleeping in? The room is tiny so the only value it could provide is a place to sleep comfortably. Our room was also next to a cleaning/laundry supplies cupboard so expect banging and clattering in the early hours from the cleaners along with their mobile phone notifications pinging every few minutes.
I would imagine other rooms/floors in the hotel could be great just not the one we were given and I would not chance staying there again.

Poor overall experience so cannot recommend or would we stay again
We stayed at Brondo Architect Hotel from 22–25 March 2026 in room 621 Walter as part of a belated 40th birthday trip. While the hotel is well located in Palma’s old town and some areas such as the roof terrace and balcony/day bed were pleasant, overall the experience fell well below what we expected from a hotel advertised as 4-star accommodation at over €260 per night.
The main issue was the complete lack of hot water on the morning of 24 March. We reported this at around 08:15 and were advised it would be resolved quickly, however the water did not become even barely warm until approximately 11:15. This significantly disrupted our day and prevented us from leaving as planned. We were also told the issue affected multiple rooms.
The room itself appeared stylish at first glance but, on closer inspection, had numerous maintenance and finishing issues including poor repair work, exposed TV cables, poor paint/masking, a hole near the skirting board and a toilet roll holder fitted incorrectly. The shower was also poorly designed, causing water to flood onto the bathroom floor during every use. There was visible water damage to the wall which suggested this was an ongoing issue.
Noise insulation was very poor. We could clearly hear neighbouring guests, corridor doors locking/unlocking and noise from the restaurant below late into the evening, which impacted sleep quality.
We also felt the room did not fully match the marketing images shown when booking.
The most disappointing aspect, however, was the lack of response afterward. I contacted the hotel directly following our stay and sent multiple follow-ups but received no substantive reply. Booking.com also advised they were unable to obtain a response from the hotel.
Overall, while the location is excellent and the concept has potential, the experience did not reflect the quality or standard expected for the price

Beautiful hotel in a good location.
Felt it was a bit style over substance as bedroom was missing a lot of practicalities.
Did not seem finished.
Had no hot water on day of arrival. That was rectified for day 2. In my opinion a day too late. TV did only worked on and off.
On-site restaurant was delicious and service was good.
Staff were all very helpful.
