Superb stay

We cut ourselves for 8 days, will gladly go there again.
The hotel was clean and nice. The food was very good, lots to choose from at the buffet. Service was superb.
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach. There went bus by hotel to Palma and the aquarium. The bus was 2 euros.
Taxi from the airport was 20 euros.
2 sunbeds with umbrella on the beach were 30 euros

This hotel only wants money! They only care about getting money from the guests.

We had booked this hotel for 8 days. When we arrived at 9 a.m. in the morning, we were shocked: In no other hotel on Mallorca have we experienced that guests do not receive breakfast on the day of arrival. Here we had to pay an additional €30 for two people.
On the day of departure, it was no better. After checking out, we even had to pay another €40 for dinner. This is completely incomprehensible to us, because these services should already be included in our package tour.
The cleanliness also left something to be desired. The rooms are also designed very strangely – the sink is located right next to the bed.
The food also disappointed us. It did not always seem fresh, the breakfast selection was practically the same every day, and overall the selection was very limited.
For us, it is certain: This hotel is primarily interested in demanding additional money from its guests. We would not recommend it.

Stay at the Bordoy Cosmopolitan Hotel

The Bordoy Cosmopolitan is a top class hotel, the rooms are very relaxing, the public areas are beautiful, clean and bright. The pool is a real haven to relax in. The staff are exemplary and always happy to help. The food is sublime and highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with 5 star breakfasts , just 5 storeys with a super pool for safe bathing, friendly staff on reception and in the bar stead

Clean room, friendly staff. Excellent Breakfast and loved the outside pool although the water was salty but it didn't bother me
