Lovely old Palace now a Hotel. Very clean, staff super friendly especially Alicia,and Juliette. Nice atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Bedrooms lovely and spacious. Parking on streets nearby, Tetuan Restaurant at the top of the road. Great location.

4 star hotel shame.

I find a 4-star hotel embarrassing. Have these defective facilities and already to top it off with very low quality damp and pillows.

Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a verity of items. Rooms were clean and the beds gave a good night's sleep.

Lovely old Hotel. Peaceful . Great location.

Great location. Super friendly staff, Alicia and Juliette in particular. Rooms lovely, large and with air conditioning. Breakfasts typical buffet, hams, tomato frita , cheese, bread cheese, yogurts, cereals , jams, basket of fruit. with a hot tray of eggs and bacon. Peaceful. Good night's sleep. Comfortable bed and pillow. My room had a small fridge. Some rooms have kettles I believe. Lovely old building with a small chapel in patio courtyard inside the hotel. Highly recommended. Friends had superior rooms with 4 poster beds. Good value.

DISAPPOINTING

Beautiful architecture, but certainly not a 4 star for this hotel.
Old room and insufficient breakfast.
Luckily we had taken a superior category room.
Senior couple.
