Beautiful holiday for 3 days

Nice hotel - apartment, suitable for families with children, there is a small pool, quiet and peaceful place . Breakfast was included for my stay - very delicious and varied. Good attitude from all staff. Rest was 3 days, I advise you to rent a car so you can see some sights

That is quite something

We spent seven days at Elisa, and everything was wonderful. The children had a great time. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was very friendly. We used the restaurant during the day; only one thing was a bit strange: One day we received four croquettes, and the next day six – I do not know why. Additionally, there was watermelon and melon for the children, but after that, we did not see the staff again. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Great clean hotel

We were in room 1 block 2. The room was excellent. The staff were 1st class. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I'm not coming back.

Unpleasant staff. They have been unkind and have adapted very poorly to the needs that were required. We're not coming back.

Sentimos mucho que no hayamos cumplido con sus expectativas. Comprendo la sensación que han tenido al no haber tenido un reembolso tal y como solicitaron. Una tarifa No Reembolsable tiene algunas condiciones como es la no posibilidad de cancelar o modificar fechas. Sentimos mucho que no hayan podido disfrutar de sus vacaciones como esperaban.
Nuestro principal objetivo es siempre poder ofrecer a nuestros clientes un excelente producto acompañado siempre de un óptimo servicio. Todos sus comentarios nos ayudan siempre a seguir mejorando.

Very good.

Staff was brilliant clean and smart. Hotel was clean.pool was great. Room was lovely. Very polite we enjoyed.food was lovely fresh and clean.
