Fantastic hotel. Our room was very spacious and bathroom was huge with shower and a separate bath and shower head. Great spacious balcony that got the sun in the morning facing the pool area. Staff were very friendly at reception. Enough sunbeds and lounging chairs. Pool was a great size and a fabulous temperature. Sunbeds could be doing with a bit of upgrading. Bar area was good. Free water tap to fill your bottles near pool toilets and free water in your room fridge. About 25 mins to walk to the centre. Didn't really see the bus go by us much. About 8 euros in taxi if you prefer. Fabulous choices for breakfast too. Didn't eat dinner or lunch.

Will never go back!

Arrived early at the hotel and was told very abruptly by a young girl behind reception that check in was 2pm. Didn’t ask for my name to see if the room might be ready. Very rude and no interest in customer service at all.
We went back to ask if we could change somewhere, luckily a lovely lady, Iris, actually checked and found our room was indeed ready, we had paid for a superior room.
We then enquired about towels for the pool. It was 32C that day and some sunbathing and swimming was high on the agenda after an early start and long day. We were then informed that the pool only opened on Saturday and Sunday. Even the area around the pool to sit or lay was closed!! This was Tuesday and we fly back on Sunday. What an absolute waste of time and money. We checked out the following day. We are now taking this up with EasyJet holidays as the filter for hotels was set to swimming pools. We have been to this hotel a few times before, but clearly the staff standards have dropped and we will not return. They showed a complete lack of interest in anything.

We arrived early for check in but reception was great . Room was clean,comfortable big bed . Very good working air condition.
The hotel could do with some entertainment during the evening as it was lacking in that .
Great breakfast but very busy and apart from the reception staff making a mistake on our airport departure. We look forward to staying here again

Decent hotel, Murcia is a nice place for food, decent shower and good buffet breakfast. Good parking under Hotel. Shops nearby, decent Pool, good airco.
