Very convenient transport wise and good location altogether, walking distance from the centre of the city and plenty of good restaurants, eateries, cafes and supermarkets all around. The room was clean and spacious, with good storage space, the bathroom not too small and everything clean. Reception is manned 24 hours so you can come and go anytime, staff are friendly and helpful, good wi fi.

Not really pleasant

The room we stayed in was quite small, although always clean.
Pros:
1 - location;
2 - price
3 - air conditioning
4 - dining area with hot and cold beverage dispensers.
Cons:
1 - total lack of ventilation in the bathroom;
2 - lack of a fridge (although you can't expect the moon from a 2-star hotel)
3 - absolute stench of sewage that hits you as soon as you leave the room
4 - elevator that works one time out of ten.
5 - cleaning time (2:00 PM)
We booked through booking for 3 nights, for a total of about €300. When we arrived for check-in (which they did not allow us to do in advance, despite the reception being active 24/7), they informed us that through booking we had only paid for the first night and that the other two had to be paid at the time of check-in. That would not be a problem, but it would be more correct to specify it at the time the booking is made.
I would not return.

Its ok for one night. Its quiet and tidy, but bed and pillow are a little uncomfortable. Quite outdated so the price is too much no matter how close the station is (reason for my booking). Receptionist was nice.

Mismanagement at reception and regular cleaning

My partner booked a double room and in the end I could only come. The day before I arrived, we called to notify this and were told that there would be no problems, that they left it noted and we would already change the name of the reservation once there. However, on arrival, at reception they didn't know what I was talking about and the check-in was a bit cumbersome but I didn't say anything as the receptionists in the morning were always nice. However, the evening-night receptionist was rather rude. Returning at night (after going for a walk) he asked me in bad ways where I was going. I told him my name and room number and he insisted that the room was reserved under another name (I had already paid for the room that morning and made the name change). After 5-10 minutes that it took me to make him come to his senses, I say: "my mother (75-year-old woman) will come in 5 minutes to give him a gift that I have brought him" (my mother lives in Malaga). Then the gentleman started again in bad ways to repeat: "if your mother is going to come in, she has to register." I replied that it was not necessary (as I told you, my room was double and I occupied it myself) since my mother lives in Malaga and would only be 5 minutes. It took another 5-10 minutes to get him to understand this. It left me with a really bad taste. He doesn't know how to treat the public or if he doesn't like his job change jobs. I work in front of the public and those are not ways.
Otherwise... strategic location next to the train station, not very noisy (you can sleep), cleaning pulling medium low as the sheets were stained and with hair. I wouldn't come back unless I had no choice.

Great for what it is: nothing fancy just a clean, safe, quiet room within walking distance of the major attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. A room to eat in with vending machines. Plenty of places to eat and buy groceries nearby.

Very good location
