Scary film
Good night,
Sunday 10/01 with reservation of three nights that we did not complete. We had to leave the room in total darkness my mother and I being medically in a horrible panic, calling the police, going down the stairs to the first floor totally without light. The owner got rid of the problem with no more neighbors in the rooms. The toilet has a broken lid and my curtain dropped all over my face because of its brokenness.
By insisting he gave me back the three nights and already in the early morning we went out in the dark to kill each other down the hall and the stairs claiming that what do you want me to do. Now he doesn't answer, or anything since I had to pay for another taxi in the early morning to go to another hotel and above without relocation.
Uniquely recommended if you want to live a horror movie.

The pwor hotel in Spain
This is the problem of B&B, owners without any professional preparation!
And result... accommodation from the worst of the worst!
If you are traveling in Malaga, choose to sleep on the street before choosing this disastrous place! You will win!
Besides, I think it's a dating place and something, because I was traveling alone, and
They wouldn't let me in unaccompanied!

It is not an accommodation, they are SCAMMERS! CAREFUL!
They charged in advance, after that I was able to contact them about the keys, they refused to give the keys, they did not send instructions for opening the digital door, and to make matters worse they blocked my number and I could no longer contact anyone! I made the reservation with Booking.com and I'm still waiting for someone to give me an explanation and at least get my money back.
There was a congress and Malaga and all the hotels were full, in the end I was lucky with the Melia Torremolinos at €150 a night.

Está limpio y el dueño te atiende de forma inmediata, muy agradable y satisfactoriamente
No tiene ascensor, las zonas comunes muy muy antiguas y deterioradas por transcurso del tiempo. Lo peor, la cama está en alto y no tiene medidas de seguridad para evitar la caída. La relación precio de calidad buena. Recomendable para gente joven fundamentalmente
Mala zona para aparcar si vienes en coche por su escasez. Problema serio

Cobran el IVA pero no hacen factura
MUY MAL, ni siquiera había una botella de agua para el recibimiento.
Pido factura antes de efectuar la reserva; el propietario acepta la reserva y después me dice que no hacen factura porque no son empresa, pero eso si, en el documento de pago especifican que cobran el IVA, y yo me pregunto: ¿si no son empresa ni son autónomos y no hacen factura, que hacen con el IVA que me cobran en el precio, se lo quedan?
Esta página esta llena de listos que ponen sus propiedades en alquiler de manera totalmente irregular, sin declarar los ingresos que generan, quedándose con el IVA que te cobran de manera fraudulenta y haciendo la competencia desleal al sector.
Además, el supuesto apartamento es una habitación de una casa reformada, en el que han metido todo en aproximadamente 10 m2 con la cama en una entreplanta improvisada.
También, percibí que a los vecinos no les hace mucha gracia que haya gente allí alquilando habitaciones.
Por otra parte booking también MUY MAL; llamé a tención al cliente para resolver el conflicto de la factura con el propietario y les digo que si no recibo factura deseo cancelar la reserva y obtener un reembolso y en esta primera llamada me dicen que no me preocupe, que ellos se van a encargar de que el propietario me haga la factura porque si me cobran el IVA es obligatorio que me hagan factura y si el propietario se niega procederán a la cancelación y al reembolso integro sin gastos de cancelación. Pues bien, al ver que no recibía ninguna noticia mas por parte de booking, vuelvo a llamar y me atiende otro operador que no sale del discurso: " el propietario no es empresa y dice que no hará factura, booking no puede hacer nada por usted, si cancela la reserva se le cobrará el importe íntegro".
