Gorgeous 5 star Hotel
Stunning Hotel! Smelt amazing
Staff very welcoming, polite and extremley helpful.
Perfect location!
Cava on arrival was a nice touch. Room wasnt ready but did contact us when it was. Bags were already taken up to the room for us.
Room was lovely and very clean.
Breakfast was delicious! Everything homemade.
Would 100%stay here again.
Lovely roof top bar and pool area very nice.

Tribute to best guest service manger...
If you google me, you will find one or two of my review across all possible platforms ,reason; I want to keep places I like "for me"...however this time I will make exception and praise UMusic hotel guest relation manger Eduardo...he is 10/10 in all categories , I believe all is said with that...till the next time Eduardo

My husband and I stayed here in late August. The heat outside was unbearable but the hotel itself was a cool oasis. Our room was comfortable and the hotel staff friendly. We did not use the pool, but we did enjoy a drink at the restaurant, which was nice.

Perfection!
We had the most incredible stay at UMusic Hotel. When we arrived we received a very warm welcome from 'Rodrigo' who has excellent customer service skills and is so friendly and informative. First impressions count and we knew that this was going to be a great place to stay. Once we checked into our room we were delighted with the facilities. It was my husbands birthday and the hotel had provided some delicious treats and a bottle of sparkling wine which was such a lovely touch and so appreciated.
The room was large and very well appointed and super clean with an emperor sized bed and an excellent rain shower. There were an array of toiletries, which even contained toothbrushes! The attention to detail was second to none.
The music theme is present throughout the hotel and there are some incredible photos of various rock stars on the walls and even the lift has some interesting album covers. It is such a quirky hotel with some many diverse surprises.
It really is so worthy of its 5 stars.
The breakfast was outstanding with such a vast selection of both hot and cold dishes.
The omelettes we had were cooked to perfection, so kudos to the chef and this is the first time I have been able to order avocado as a side dish as well as smoked salmon.
The food quality was excellent and the dining room was truly magnificent. The dining staff were all super efficient and friendly and a credit to the hotel.
There was a live pianist playing on each morning of our stay and it was such a beautiful start to the day to relax before a hectic trip into town for our sightseeing.
Every single member of staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, from the security staff on the door to the maids that cleaned our room beautifully, to the front desk and waiters. they have been handpicked for their outstanding customer service skills.
We loved the location, it is unparalleled . It is just a short walk to the main squares and places of interest.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty, loves music, good food and wants to be in the centre Madrid. It is a winner for sure!
