A 3-star hotel that fully deserves its 4-star status! A 3-star hotel that has everything of a 4-star hotel.
Our stay at the Príncipe Pío Hotel in Madrid was an excellent surprise. This 3-star establishment offers services that are comparable to many 4-star hotels where we usually stay.
The welcome was particularly warm and professional, with a team always available and attentive to our needs. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably maintained, well-equipped, and conducive to quality rest after a day of exploring the Spanish capital.
The location is also a real asset: ideally situated, it allows easy access to the main tourist sites in Madrid while enjoying a pleasant environment.
We also appreciated the quality of the breakfast, varied and plentiful, as well as the attention given to every detail to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
In summary, an excellent value for money, high-quality service, and remarkable comfort. A 3-star hotel that has everything of a 4-star hotel! We will return with great pleasure and recommend it without hesitation to anyone who wishes to discover Madrid under the best conditions.

Property decor not the greatest to my taste. Lobby decor feels outdated. Rooms are big for Europe which are usually small. Cleaning staff professional and available. Rooms and bathroom cleaning and comfortable. Quiet location, within walking distance to main tourist attractions.

Very good location. Convenient car parking with discount for hotel guests. Fast friendly check-in and out. Good value price. Small but adequate bedroom and bathroom. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Great value.

Value for money, excellent location.
The hotel is located in perfect spot to enjoy the city.
Very close to all of the places of interest and a 10 minute walk to Plaza de España and only 5 minutes extra from to the heart of city center.
The hotel has a very art deco style, especially in the bar area which is beautifully styled.
All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and hapoy to help. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, but just a little bit dated in terms of decor, especially when compared to the style downstairs in the reception and bar areas.
I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending the hotel as it was excellent value for money.

enjoyable stay in great location
only stayed one night before taking a train to Avila but the location was excellent close to the royal palace. staff were really friendly and they provided a room with a view of the palace. whilst the room wasn't the largest it was very modern and bathroom was nice and spacious. breakfast was excellent with a massive choice and with plenty of tables. ideal location for taking a train to Avila and very good value
