Stayed for one night. Staff were very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Didn’t attend but looked like they made a delicious family meal for everyone! Would stay here again

A memorable stay in Madrid with all the class!

We stayed at Onefam Sungate with my school group and the experience was great overall. The welcome is incredible and the atmosphere is really the strength of this hostel: you feel right at home!
The positives:
Top location: We are right in the center, which is ideal to visit Madrid on foot.
Social atmosphere: Perfect for groups and to meet other travelers.
General Cleanliness: The vast majority of us found the rooms and common areas clean and maintained.
Small downside:
A few people in our group (3 out of the total) noted that the shared bathrooms could have been a little more neat, especially in terms of water drainage which was sometimes complicated after several passes.
That said, it did not ruin our stay and we highly recommend this hostel for its energy and top team. Thank you for everything!

Good hostel in central Madrid. Easy to reach by public transport. Has everything you need and the staff is very friendly. We could store our luggage and even check in one hour earlier. The price for the private double bed room was ta bit high considering the small size and the quality of the bed - very simple basic bed.

Good place, good location and good price.

The space is very clean. It has a good Mood, the facilities are in good condition. The location is comfortable. It is a good place to rest while visiting Madrid.

I chose OneFam in Madrid based on many of the reviews that said they were safe, clean and friendly and committed to building community. I was very happy with my stay in one of their single rooms where the air conditioning was very nice and the bathrooms were clean. The bed was a bit lumpy, but that is to be expected at a hostel. I think they also do a great job of organizing events to get the guests to socialize, like cooking nights, drinking games, and nights out. While I didn't take advantage of these offerings during my one night stay, I will definitely do so in future stays at OneFam hostels.
