The reception (David) was very friendly and helpful, the pool was nice, and the terrace lounge was a great place to end the evening. I'll definitely stay here again. Everything starts with the first impression so David set the tone and should be commended.

Convenient location
Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and a good location. Bus stop to city 2 minutes walk (25 min ride) and metro 10 minutes walk (15 min ride) The breakfast was very good and they have the option of dinner if you want to there. The pool and gym were sufficient for our needs, however no inflatables allowed. The room was comfortable and clean however would benefit from a kettle within the room. No fault of the staff but my daughters bed seemed to have bed bugs as she would wake up with new bites each morning, this was reported to staff who were going to look into it.

NH VENTAS
Good hotel. Highly recommended. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, both at the front desk and throughout the rest of the facilities. The location is good and makes it easy to get around the area. We also found the breakfast to be quite complete and of good quality. In general, the value for money is appropriate and the experience has been very positive. Without a doubt, it is a hotel that we will keep in mind for future visits and that we can recommend to others.

Very satisfied
A definitely pleasant stay, especially thanks to the guy at the reception (David) who immediately proved to be super helpful and easygoing. An excellent welcome that is certainly appreciated when traveling.
The hotel is welcoming, the room is spacious with a very comfortable bed, and in a convenient location for getting around easily by public transport. One point in its favor is the breakfast: lots of choices and fresh products. Overall an excellent experience, I would gladly return!
