Excepcional!

Apartamento nuevo y super bien decorado( el pequeño de 90 metros) Tiene todo lo necesario( lavadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, secador pelo, plancha, aspiradora...gel y champú). Cama enorme comodísima. Está increíblemente bien situado con la entrada en el numero 13 de la Puerta del Sol y las vistas desde el balcón a la calle Montera y toda la Puerta del Sol ( desde el reloj a la Mallorquina...)
A muy buen precio.
Lo único que arreglaría sería el aislamiento contra el ruido. Afortunadamente fuimos en epoca covid y con el toque de queda a las 23h se despejó la calle y pudimos dormir muy bien. Si bien durante el día el ruido aún con todo cerrado es bastante.
Y otra cosa sería el sistema de entrega de llaves que no es allí, sino en el otro Behap de la plaza del Carmen. Aún así la atención vía whatapp en todo momento insuperable.
Sin duda repetiremos .

Don’t book with behap

Terrible experience staying in the Puerta del Sol apartment from Behap. Unresponsive and unreasonable host, did not mention the building was being renovated, no views, no possible use of the balconies, almost no natural daylight. Loud noises from the builders early on, rocks falling down on the chairs made it dangerous. Paid full price, no compensation whatsoever due to these circumstances. The apartment could have been nice, but bad maintenance, old broken furniture (the two chairs are both missing one leg) and leaking shower make it a very bad experience. We never would have booked if known in advance. Inexcusable.
Apartment is a lot smaller than the advertised 90m2, it is 50-60m2 at best. Also, a lot of loud nouses during the night, even on weekdays.
Really, our trip was ruined for a big part due to the terrible state and organisation of this Behap company. Theoretically the location could be nice, but it is so so so touristy, so crowded, and really the hosts are just unreliable.

Precioso apartamento céntrico venido a menos

Para llegar a ser un apartamento exclusivo deben cuidar más los detalles.
En todas las ocasiones anteriores en las que me he hospedado, la valoración ha sido muy positiva pero en esta ocasión no ha sido así. Por un lado, la limpieza no se había realizado en profundidad, y no había ni ropa de cama ni de baño. Parece ser que se olvidaron de poner las toallas y en cuanto las solicité las trajeron pero no tenían colchas y por la noche hacía frío. Por otro lado, no habían cuidado los detalles: lámparas con holgura y fundidas, colgador torcido, cuadros descolgados, alfombras recogidas… pero lo que más me defraudó fue la terraza. La fachada del edificio está en obras y hay un andamio con lona que hace inaccesible este espacio. Además, los trabajadores se pasean por la fachada gritando y es muy indiscreto. Personalmente, los balcones y las vistas despejadas a la Plaza del Sol era lo que más valoraba de este apartamento y se debería anunciar este inconveniente en el anuncio.
