Good location, clean hotel
We stayed here with an easyJet booking for 5 nights.
I was generally impressed with the hotel. It was clean and well kept. The room was a good size for us, we had a 4 person room, with a good bedroom and spacious living room with 2 beds and a sofa.
We found the breakfast to be very good, plenty of food and restocked well, though eggs being ordered was a slightly odd system.
The location is great, literally a stones throw from the metro, with a McDonald's, a fantastic supermarket (and other bits) on the same street.
It did lack any outdoor space, which I appreciate is a location thing, just a shame as some seats or a nice little courtyard to watch the world go by would be amazing!
If your leaving early, as we were, I can recommend asking for a takeaway breakfast as they did us a nice little bag, which saw us through the airport.
Possibly my only gripe, whilst I understand paying for a late checkout - we arrived quite a bit early and I was fully prepared to pop out luggage in a safe place and wait till the 2 o clock check in, the receptionist said your room is ready now (great), if you'd like it it'll be €20. I was kinda on the spot as we'd been travelling since early and were very ready for our room! I don't think I'd have minded if I was told early check in is available, it's €20, it's more the whole, your room is ready, so why not just let us in it?! Maybe this is just me?!

Perfect stay for me and my son
2nd stay and not let down again. The hotel is just perfect so clean and tidy and in the perfect location. The metro is basically opposite and is so easy to navigate and is so cheap!! Perfect for our stay took my son to see both stadiums and was walking distance to the bernabeu. Perfect. Will defo return if visiting the stadium again!

Excellent hotel, highly recommended
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience at ILUNION Suites Madrid
We stayed at ILUNION Suites Madrid from August 7 to 19 and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. Without a doubt, it is a hotel that we recommend and to which we would return.
All the staff were wonderful, from the moment of check-in, always kind, attentive, and willing to help. We want to make a special mention of the restaurant team, especially Mauricio and Sonia, for their kindness, warmth, and excellent service during our stay.
The cleanliness, the location, and the value for money were excellent. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and very complete.
What surprised us most was the warmth and willingness of the staff to attend to our needs. On one occasion we needed our son to have breakfast before the usual opening time, and the team, especially Mauricio and Sonia, did it with great pleasure and an attitude that really made us feel at home. Those kinds of details make a big difference and stay in your memory.
We traveled as a family and we take away a wonderful memory of our stay in Madrid. Many thanks to the entire ILUNION Suites Madrid team for making our trip even more special. ❤️

Excellent hotel. Close to the subway stop. Nice room and good breakfast. Very sweet, they left glasses in the room for us to watch the solar eclipse.

Bad hotel I've taken too
Poor sofa bed, poor service.
Upon arrival I ask explicitly if it is a safe area and safe for parking, they told me yes hear super safe area and across the street hotel you can leave your car safe.
Next morning I find my car printed, which was hit by a car and hit and run.
At the reception they didn't even want to call the police let alone look at the cameras, car was across the entrance so very visible on the cameras, suddenly they didn't understand English or French well anymore and I had to communicate in Spanish with them if they wanted to do anything for me.
