Perfectt ✨✨
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty options every morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, always making sure we felt welcome.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything in the hotel was beautiful and well organized, which made the stay very enjoyable overall.
The only minor drawback was that the room did not have a lot of space, but it was still perfectly fine and did not affect the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect geographical location
Magnificent hotel ideally located in the heart of Madrid and close to everything, varied and very pleasant breakfast buffet with good products.
The only problem, and not the least, is the noise. We were in room 317 facing the street, and every night, throughout the night, people were shouting and singing frantically, sometimes screaming.
One piece of advice: if you book, you should avoid the exposure on the side of the small square in front of the hotel.

A hotel in the very heart of Madrid
The best-located hotel in Madrid
The hotel is on the corner of Plaza del Carmen, three minutes from Puerta del Sol and two minutes from Gran Vía. The Royal Palace is a 15-minute walk away, Plaza Mayor is a 5-minute walk, and the museum district is 15 minutes away on foot or by public transportation. Right in the heart of it all. You couldn’t ask for a better location for a hotel in Madrid. Plaza del Carmen itself is a pleasant little square with small restaurants and bars in the area. (Our favorites are the Singular and their sangria.) The hotel also has a small terrace on the square.
The hotel is modest and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. When I rented a car, they immediately arranged for parking in their own lot. The rooms aren’t large, but they’re comfortable, and the mattresses on the beds are very good. The bathroom is spacious, and even a tall person—like me—can shower comfortably in the shower stall. We used the laundry service, and they completed the job quickly and accurately. Our room overlooked the square, while my daughters’ room faced a ventilation shaft—the latter wasn’t very inviting and even felt a bit claustrophobic.
The breakfast was worthy of a four-star restaurant, with a substantial selection, whether it was eggs, fruit, or cold cuts. The only thing I missed was a made-to-order omelet.
If I go to Madrid again—and I will, because I’m a Real Madrid fan—this is where I’ll stay from now on.

Best hotel and facilities we stayed in while travelling around Spain. Everything was 5 stars! The staff, room, bar, breakfast and location were all amazing and would highly recommend this hotel when staying Madrid.

A wonderful birthday surprise!
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The people were friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday and I didn't tell them, but my room had champagne and candy placed on my bed. What a lovely, unexpected gesture.
