For its location

Stay of 3 nights, the rooms are on the third floor of a building. Check in made by Gabriel who is very friendly. The room is located at the end of the hallway, it is simple, clean but no view. An espresso machine is available. The location is great close to the metro and in a nice area. Interests can be done on foot very easily. Only negative, insulation especially if you have noisy neighbors and also pipes with a lot of nuisance.

Although the staff is very friendly and the spaces relatively clean, we do not recommend this property! We spent 3 very complicated nights: the walls are not thicker than a sheet of paper, we could hear everything, people talking, coming home late, going to the toilet, washing, drying, hair for 30 min, the top washing machine(?) that turned for 3 hours, the vacuum cleaner for cleaning the rooms,...

Nice experience.

Excellent location, everything very close, we were walking everywhere. the room very comfortable and clean, plus we had coffee, breads and water I liked that detail. Very friendly staff. Super recommended.
