H10 Tribeca offers stylish accommodation in the heart of Madrid's business district. It is close to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The rooms in the hotel are modern and sound-proofed. The natural-coloured interiors are chic and inviting.

H10 a guarantee
There are no words to describe this magnificent property in every way... the welcome, the helpfulness, the cleanliness, services of all kinds. The fantastic location is quiet and well-connected by public transport. We took 2 rooms because a quadruple room was not available. Upon arrival, there was welcome water and cookies in the room, then a complimentary bottle of water every day.
Everything necessary for personal hygiene, from a razor, soap, body wash, toothbrushes, body lotion, etc., etc.... Towels are provided at the pool, there is no need for a swim cap. It's small, but it's nice to take a swim after a day of touring before dinner. Abundant, varied, and sophisticated breakfast. Inside the property, there are two restaurants: one downstairs where breakfast is also served, and one on the terrace (I recommend a reservation... you pay €5 at the time, but it's worth it). Every evening after dinner, we spent our nights on the terrace enjoying a delicious beer and cocktails. One evening we had dinner and everything was excellent; the dishes were sophisticated, abundant, and well-plated. Superb waiters...
I didn't give a 5-star rating for only one reason... the rooftop pool closes too early at 7:00 PM; it should at least close at 7:30 PM and open at least at 10:30 AM. H10 is the second time I have chosen this property (the first was in Barcelona) and it is always a guarantee. I chose this one instead of the one on Gran Via for the terrace and to avoid being in the chaos. Nearby, just a few meters away, there is a Kilometres pizzeria and a Carrefour. I absolutely recommend it.

Excellent hotel
We stayed for a few days at this hotel, and the truth is it has been an experience...
We liked it a lot... The facilities..
The rooms,..
Not to mention the gastronomy..., cleanliness..
The Soto restaurant on the ground floor is beautiful and the food is extraordinary..
The diamond of this hotel is the terrace they have on the 12th floor, at the very top.
"The sky of the Castellana", incredible views, a pool where you can relax, and excellent food...
Now the best part of all is how all the workers treat you... They are in every detail, both waiters and room attendants...
Especially Pedro, Javier, Anderson...
Without a doubt, we will return!!!

Good stay at the H10 Tribeca
Stayed for 2 nights at the H10 Tribeca while on a trip to Madrid and had a pleasant stay. The nearest stop on the metro is Cuzco as the station at Santiago Bernabeu is currently closed, it’s about a 5 minute walk so not too far.
Checkin was quick and offered a glass of cava which was appreciated and a nice touch. Room was on the second floor facing the street but it’s a quiet area so I did not hear any noise during the night, also the windows open should you want some fresh air ( in most hotels they are firmly shut)
The room was a nice size, the bed clean and very comfortable, the AC was too good so I had to turn it off as it was cold in the night but during the summer I’m sure it would be very welcome. Plenty of wardrobe space and an area to place your luggage too, the furniture was dated and scuffed in places but fit for purpose. There is a safe and minibar/small fridge too along with a coffee machine.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, plenty of towels and the shower was easy to use. Soap and shampoo dispensers were fixed to the wall. Overall the room itself was quite nice and meet my needs for a short weekend stay.
Breakfast was included and served on the ground floor just past the bar area. Nice selection of hot and cold items ( you could ask for fresh fried eggs) The fruit, cold meats and pastry choices were very good, lots to choose from so. Breakfast is served until 11 at the weekend but don’t get down too late as items are not refilled.
Although the location of the hotel is not city center, it was relaxing to stay the H10 Tribeca. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance such as The Irish Rover pub and La Tahona. The rest of the city is a short metro ride away. Also there is big shopping complex at nearby Nuevos Ministerios where there is a big El Corte Inglés department store as well as a Zara and a fabulous Mango store.

Good and reliable hotel!
Good hotel, with good facilities and all the staff members are very friendly. It is quite far from the center of Madrid itself, but it is something that one values in that there is less noise and one can walk around the surroundings without so many people everywhere.

We had a great stay at the H10 Tribeca. The location was convenient and rooms were exactly as the pictures - the hotel pool at the rooftop was an extra bonus after a hot day in the city!
