It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes.
We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

It is not possible not to be able to enter a booked property

We arrived at 22.00 and already in front of the door there was another customer who could not get in we tried too but nothing the main door did not open. After several phone calls we were informed that unfortunately there was a problem and it was not possible to enter (absurd).
Fortunately a tenant inside the structure after more than an hour spent in the rain heard us and opened us.
The problem was resolved the next day in the late morning.
