Great location, everything was within walking distance, and plenty of food and shops to choose from. The price was great, I'd definitely stay again when traveling to Madrid.

Very good property. Good hosts. Excellent location. Only problem is the elevator, went non operational two times during a week. But they fixed them the soon as they can.

Cons: bathroom particularly sink was tiny, noise from other rooms interrupted our sleep the 3 nights we stayed here. Room is really meant for one person, too tight of space for two people.
Pros; location, value for money and we would stay again.

Clean room, staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel well located for those passing through or exploring Madrid. Very well located for running in Parque Retiro.
My only gripe is that I could not open the hand soap in the little packets, would be better if the hand soap was in a dispenser
