In general, it was comfortable and clean. It was noisy at nights due to a club under our window. You get to the room by switching elevator on the 2nd floor.

Great view from the room with balcony

We arrived early to check in and the concierge arranged check in with very reasonable price and upgraded 9th floor room with balcony. The room was spacious and has very nice view. The hotel is located very convenient area, but very quiet. I love swimming and The pool was wonderful.

Great location, amazing service.

Amazing hotel made more special by spectacular and effortless service.
On arrival, we were given refreshing water and drinks, upgraded to a better room, given vouchers for a drink. En route to the city, we also lost our adapters to the AC outlets, and the concierge gave us not one but 2 replacements, one for USB and one for the wall plug. Staff made our spare bed when we got to our room, got our luggage delivered, gave us a fruit plate... I can go on, but you get the idea. Service was unbelievable, I can't think of any other place to stay next time I am in Madrid.

The best hotel ever. Centrally located and really well maintained. We stayed there 4 times and can’t wait to get back. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfasts are awesome. The hotel staff treated us with so much respect and was always there for us.
