Cheers to Whala!
I found this hotel by chance on the last-minute website for a short vacation with my son... and, to our great surprise, we found a comfortable, clean, modern hotel, well connected to everything, by the sea... and especially special people: starting with Margherita at the reception who gave us valuable tips for exploring the island. The food was delicious, always fresh and with plenty of variety (super chef Gabriele!), and the service at the tables was excellent thanks to Mohamed and Fernando, who showered us with attention and made every meal special, making my son happy! Thanks also to the rest of the staff... everything was superb!

Exquisite attention!!!
The stay at the hotel was very good from the moment of reception, with kindness and great attention.
Gratitude to the Chef for his careful menus, and regarding the dining staff, an exquisite treatment from everyone, with special thanks to Fernando for his attentive and kind service.

What I was sold and what i received were two totally different things. The pictures listed that reeled me into staying at this property was nothing like what i was welcomed to. I rented a family unit, which to my impression was a one bedroom suite. What i received was a boxed in unit with no windows a tiny bathroom, mosquitoes, and the beds were not even REAL BEDS. they were plastic mattresses on wooden platform. All beds were single beds dispersed throughout the unit AND to top it all off the lights kept going out with no apologies from the staff. NEVER AGAIN. PEOPLE PLEASE STEER CLEAR. pay a little more and stay somewhere worth it.

We stayed for 5 days and the experience was not good. The cleanliness of the room was quite deficient: some days they didn't even come to clean it and they didn't change the towels regularly, and when they did come, they left everything just as dirty, they didn't even sweep.
The pool, although it looks large in the photos, is actually quite small, and it also closes at 7:00 PM, which greatly limits its use.
In general, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Another negative point is the management of luggage if you arrive before check-in: they give you a key to leave your belongings in a freely accessible area, and if you prefer lockers, they cost 2 euros.
Additionally, the rooms and the building in general need renovation, as there are signs of wear, cracks, and a rather old and dirty appearance. In general, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Nos gustaría aclarar que nuestro servicio de limpieza sigue un procedimiento establecido en relación con el cambio de toallas: estas se sustituyen cuando el huésped las deja en el suelo, mientras que si permanecen colgadas entendemos que desean seguir utilizándolas. Esta medida forma parte de nuestro compromiso con un consumo responsable de agua y energía.
En cuanto a los comentarios relacionados con la limpieza de la habitación y del establecimiento, tomamos nota de sus observaciones. No obstante, nos gustaría indicar que durante su estancia no recibimos ninguna comunicación o reclamación en recepción relacionada con la limpieza de la habitación. Si nos lo hubieran trasladado en ese momento, nuestro equipo habría podido revisar la situación y actuar de inmediato para solucionar cualquier posible incidencia.
Respecto al servicio de consigna de equipaje, ofrecemos diferentes alternativas para adaptarnos a las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes, incluyendo una zona destinada al almacenamiento de equipaje y taquillas disponibles con un coste adicional para aquellos que prefieren disponer de un espacio privado.
Agradecemos también sus comentarios sobre las instalaciones, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando. Lamentamos que algunos aspectos no hayan sido de su agrado, aunque nos habría gustado tener la oportunidad de atender sus observaciones durante la estancia y ofrecerles una solución en el momento.
