Great experience!
Great experience! Hotel itself is very much ok, nothing to complain about. but what makes it great are the people working there! The best team that made all the difference thank you - Alberto, Victor, Gabriel and all the rest of the team in the whole Hotel. You truly are an epitome of a great service!

Extra Mile Service 10 out if 10 + 5
One member of staff stood out from all the others Bassirou who worked the pool bar and breakfast service was charming attentive and delivered excellent service.
As l am a duty manager for hotels in the UK it’s was clear to me that he went the extra mile with his approach to customer service.

An ideal place to disconnect and be calm, food and facilities excellent.
We have been pleasantly surprised by this hotel; without a doubt, both my husband and I would repeat without hesitating for an instant. Comfortable rooms with everything necessary. Food and treatment from the staff excellent. Hotel facilities comfortable and very well-maintained.

Avoid at all cost! More a 2/3 hotel not 4!
Awful hotel! We would definitely NOT recommend at all!
Air con doesn’t work in most rooms not just ours.. hot smelly rooms at night. We had no electricity in our room for two nights not just us but reception lady just kept saying sorry nothing she can do but it was fixed after two nights no lights or power at all. A sewage smell kept coming into our room mainly at night. The food well don’t even bother very poor all of it worst I’ve ever seen in an all inclusive even for non fussy eaters! It’s definitely not a 4star hotel! The lifts kept on breaking down. You can’t take drinks out the canteen if you want a drink in the bars you pay extra. The drinks coffee, juices taste of chlorine. Don’t be fooled by the adults only it’s more an 18-30s hen or stag type of hotel. The cleaners and maintenance man was nice but the hotel staff was not really friendly and didn’t want to help when there were problems. Overall terrible place complete waste of money for us.

More disappointing than convincing
We had booked for 5 days as a couple; the first thing I must highlight is the nice and accommodating staff, but unfortunately that was it. When we checked into the room, there were still items from the previous guest in the room, as well as dirt. There was mold on the grout in the shower, as well as cobwebs on the ceilings and in the corners. The bed was probably still dirty from the previous occupant at check-in; at the very least, there were black spots on the sheet. The TV did not work, and upon request, this was not fixed by the end of the stay. The only thing that worked there was the air conditioning.
The food is rather average for a 4-star hotel. We can only speak about breakfast because we had only booked breakfast. It was the same every day; only 1-2 types of sausage were swapped out the following day. We also had the feeling that the fruit had partially been sitting cut for 1 day or longer, meaning it was served again from the previous day, as it partially tasted sour. By and large, we were more disappointed than convinced. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
