Good experience

Hotel location is great, beach across the road, shops & food all close by. The hotel is very clean our rooms were lovely, cleaned every day very good housekeeping. We were bed & breakfast food every day was fresh and great selection very organised only criticism another coffee machine would be good as was quite busy waiting. The shower was brilliant - little strange not to have a door or curtain. Hotel was Value for money great hotel would visit again the pool is tiny and the depth is like a bath but other than that fab.All staff were helpful when we interacted.

I will not return, not even in a straitjacket.

There is too much arrogance and bad manners from the lady in the dining room; she treated us poorly and was rude. We were sent by the city council and a media outlet for an interview with some of the staff, and she literally threw us out in a rude manner. I hope her stress goes away at the end of September

Disgraceful that check-in is only at 2 pm, half board where you still have to pay for your drinks separately and food is not good

perfect for our girls hol

Loved this hotel!! we came as a group of 5 (one room of 3 and one room of 2) and it was exactly what we wanted for our trip. We payed £380pp for flights and hotel. The Location was perfect literally right on the beach doorstep!! Nearby restaurants and shopping but also out of the way of the main strip but only about a 10 min walk away. Rooms were clean, safe and modern design. Only few downsides i would point out is our aircon didn’t work and the door that led to like the outside railing didn’t shut properly which wasn’t really an issue as we were high up but it was a bit noisy but i didn’t mind as i like background noise. But these issues could have easily been fixed we were just too lazy to move rooms Also the pool is tiny and only goes up to your knees, but again that didn’t really bother us as we were always on the beach anyways. Also the bathroom wasn’t really private in the room of 3 but in the double room it was so again an issue that can probably easily be solved by asking to move rooms. Overall, perfect budget hotel/holiday would recommend!!!

Great stay

Great hotel, breakfast very good, dinner ok always something to eat from variety offered. Room was very good, comfortable mattress, staff all.helpful. location excellent for visiting.
