Very clean and modern hotel. Very welcome
We slept one night at the Sansi Hotel in Lerida and had a great stay. Very welcome, very clean and modern room, very comfortable bathroom with good Ritual products. Just a little noise in the hallway with a slight concern for soundproofing. We did not have breakfast but the receptionist kindly offered us coffee and croissant. Secure and paid parking. I recommend this property for one night step.

Bad experience at a hotel from the last century
Very disappointing experience at the Hotel Sansi Park Lleida.
Beyond the fact that it is clearly an old hotel, with outdated facilities and very improvable maintenance, what was really concerning was the treatment received from the reception manager.
Before our arrival, we confirmed by phone and later by email that we could use a meeting room. With that written confirmation, we organized our day based on it. However, once there, the manager decided to change the conditions in a completely arbitrary manner, questioning whether we were using the room for several hours and stating that we either vacated the space or we would be charged additionally.
The situation was uncomfortable and, honestly, bordering on surreal. The management was unprofessional, with a lack of empathy and professionalism, not customer-oriented and far from what is expected of an establishment that provides services to businesses and individuals.
In light of this scenario, we chose to leave and move to another newer and more comfortable hotel where we felt well taken care of. As of today, we are still waiting for the refund from the establishment, so be careful when they make charges.
In summary, a negative experience both due to the state of the facilities and, above all, due to the management and the treatment received. I would not recommend it; there are many better options in Lleida or nearby.

A very good breakfast with espresso coffee. I value that detail. Good variety of local cold cuts. Very good parkiing place in the facilities. Very kind personel.

The hotel itself, its location, and cleanliness were acceptable. However, we experienced several issues with the service and communication.
The staff provided incorrect information regarding the tea service; we were told it was free, but later we were charged, and informed that only hot water is free. In addition, the room key cards needed to be updated at the reception every day after returning late, which was inconvenient.
At night, the receptionist had very limited English and asked us to speak Spanish, which made communication difficult. The most serious issue, however, is related to the invoice. We forgot to request it at checkout, and although we emailed the hotel afterward, we have not received any response for more than 10 days despite several follow-ups. When we called, we were asked to send the request again, but still there has been no reply.
For comparison, we contacted another hotel (Nadal Hotel) and they responded immediately and professionally, which highlighted the lack of responsiveness here

Magnificent, like home
We came as a family for a celebration, the reservation was made by Booking , and we were delighted.
Cleanliness of the rooms, light, tranquility.
The reception girl Yusra very nice and helped us in everything.
We stayed two nights and at all times he saw us he asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything.
My daughter who is a baby has to take antibiotics and only takes it with very cold juice and they didn't put it in the fridge without problems.
Caretaker Maria just as charming.
Super happy starting with the cleaning staff, passing through reception, coffee shop, commissioned we go a wonderful.
I'm sure we'll repeat a thousand thanks for everything.
